Why this exists
Five years ago the author set himself a goal: create 100 job opportunities. That goal was met — the 100th was reached in December 2024, and the count today stands at 169 real, named people in a public tracker.
The goal now is 1,000. That cannot happen by hiring people one at a time. It happens by teaching people to get hired themselves. That is what this is.
What it is not

We already know the hard part. In September 2024 we opened a free career programme. 93 people applied. Six finished. The teaching was never the problem — the follow-through was. That is what the action sheet and the daily tracker exist to fix.
Who wrote it
Tehsin Rashad. Engineer from NUST Islamabad, top of his class throughout. He built a design agency, then an Amazon agency — around 1,500 clients between them — and now leads operations for a BPO from Lahore.
He has also hired 169 people. Which matters more than the rest of it here: the advice in this book is written from the side of the table that says yes or no.
